A production ready prototype differs from a mass production version in several ways. For instance engineering issues blocking viability (consumer usability) have  been eliminated, however some aspects of a full production version will still be different. In the case of these first 100 RAMBOS this means that they are built and sized by hand, using hand tools, not computer driven CNC robots.

For instance the strap slots will not look as uniform as if cut by a robot, and the units will have a few marks and scratches.  Some rivets on the Prototypes will be replaced with sonic welds on the full production versions.  Another differences are the Prototype straps use some hot glue where they reattach to reverse directions, this will also be replaced by sonic welding in mass production. For these reasons production ready prototypes would not pass finish quality inspections for our production line, however we still guarantee theses aspects will not hinder usability, or the cool space age look of these 100 Prototypes. It is almost imposable to take these to busy pools without  gathering crowds, so we intentionally styled them to look like something from star wars, or a James Bond Movie.

The mass production versions will look very similar but will have minor differences for instance they will have Body Oars Logo molded into the paddle ends, which are not on the prototypes.

Also it was not financially feasible to build six prototype molds simply for the ability to test many different sized people, so our hand made fiberglass/carbon fiber prototype mold levels 14-17 were all about designing one core that could be cut to any size. 14 was where we discovered how to eliminate any need for right and left sides like shoes. The point of that exercise was; if we can fit RAMBOS on either leg, we solved fitting issues on most unusual leg shapes, and it did.

Virtually every Prototype level also provided other advancements that we did not anticipate, for instance #14 also gave us compact storage as a benefit, as both sides suddenly fit together, and at Level #24 we were amazed that RAMBOS were launching us around the pool, very quickly because LOBOS kept people perfectly stable, in one little spot. For that reason not a single prototype below #24 could be used with traditional swimming strokes. But unexpectedly RAMBOS are swimming beasts that move you with the core running motion.  Pushed hard they can overwork a body's core running strength after just several hard pushed laps.

We have successfully built sets from this one very low volume plastic mold (level 18) that we have fit to people as tall as 6'8" and as short as 3'6". But without any significant alterations beyond the sizing abilities we added to level 15,16 &17,  these 100 unites can be well fitted to people from 5' to about 6'2",  one of two ways.

A generic fit - for similar sized people where typically their height differences range 1-2 inches either way, with the 5' and 6'2" still being the maximums.  In other words don't expect a person who is 6'3" to be able to comfortably use a set built for someone 6'2", however a generic set built for 5'11" may still "painlessly" work on a person 6'1".

You will know: If tightly calve mounted RAMBOS cause any pain at all, they are either not properly fitted, skin in pinched, or the calves are clamped too tightly (they must be tight just not too tight) as any pain will hold back core muscle force application. "Pain free" is absolutely vital in order to maximize Body Oar efficiency.   After use the body core will be sour. If any joint pain is noticed discontinue use until you contact us. A perfect fit should show no, or nearly no pressure (indention) marks on the skin of your legs after use. Again pain free fit must be achieved for maximum benefit.

The other way to size these Prototypes is a full custom fit for a single person. They  may still work fine for others with very similar shaped and sized legs, but this is best for people with extra thick or unusual shaped legs. For instance people who frequently push bicycles hard, can have enormous calves, which can be mostly adjusted for, but in so doing we may compromise the protection we built in to prevent prevent blood circulation from being cut off to the feet. So unless these unites for these people, they should be ordered as generics to fit more people of similar height.   We do not base measurement on your height, but rather your inseam and your knee to floor barefoot, as we found some people can have long or short bodies with the opposite for their legs.

These 100 prototypes will be different enough from production versions to be recognized as prototypes. They will also be hand numbered and signed by their inventor. By being a fitness device that is at least (on average) 20 times more efficient at strengthening body core mobility power than any device you can by for ten million dollars,  combined with also being the first that can massively strengthen people who are otherwise too old, obese or disabled to walk, stand or swim, these 100 actual prototypes will naturally be museum piece investments, so we recommend retiring these, and mount them on a wall like art as soon as the production versions become available next year.

Almost every RAMBOS exercise, including swimming laps, works better while wearing a well fitting skier's life jacket. Until you master RAMBOS Life Jackets are mandatory, this is including highly conditioned athletes because users can suddenly and unexpectedly become exhausted in water and they will not have legs to stand up on

Molded into these prototypes are still the words "only use with a well fitting life jacket" because we don't want to kill you, just kick your ass.   Body Oars are Utility Patent Pending
