WRAPS YOU MUST AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW

(Note: 'LOBOS' are an acronym for 'Lower Body Oars')

I have read  the conditions below and I Agree   or  I Disagree  to fully abide to them

Warranty - High Efficiency Fitness Company  (HEFC) warrants that its Lower Body Oars, as well as its Joint Lock Wraps, used gently in a pool while wearing a secure flotation device, allow far more core mobility muscle motion exercise for virtually anyone, without any impact, then any other device currently available.  Buyers have 30 days from receipt of HEFC products to verify this claim for themselves.

If not satisfied within 30 days from receipt of product, HEFC will refund the full purchase price (after return of product), but no shipping charges. Buyers must contact HEFC and make refund arrangements before the 30 days, then they will have ten additional days to return products to High Efficiency Fitness Company.   Minor abrasions scratches and marks on body oars are not covered under warranty unless they hamper performance.  

Condition to Purchase - I agree to only use, and allow use of these products for very low effort (intensity) exercise while wearing secure flotation devices, or other safe and secure upper body bracing devices, under the constant supervision water fitness experts. I also agree to get doctor's clearance for me and anyone else I allow to use my products from HEFC.

People with extremity disabilities, such as highly abnormal leg shapes disabilities and or partial amputee, my require professional LOBO fitting from an qualified Prosthetic Device maker at their own expense. 

 Waver of Liability - I fully realize that there is much not yet known about these breakthrough products, and for this reason I willfully do accept all risks, for myself and for anyone else who may use the products I purchase. As the buyer I agree to not hold High Efficiency Fitness company, its officials, representatives, and or their suppliers, responsible for anything beyond possible refund as stated above, I also will not hold High Efficiency Fitness Company, Bodyoars.com, or any of its other names or domains, its officials and representatives, as well as its suppliers, advisors related operations and temporary representatives, responsible for any problems, injuries, situations, damage or deaths directly or indirectly caused by these products, or by parts of them and or by even any information provided about them from anyone in any way.  I also agree not to allow use of these products by anyone who first does not also fully understand and also agree to all of these conditions.

 I also agree this document overrides all other documents, videos and or anything else communicated about these products by anyone, in anyway. I fully I agree to this total waver of responsibility and liability of HEFC and their officials, reps and supplier's, and I knowingly agree to this without exception.
