When someone applies intense effort into our LOBOS they can only max out effort from their groin and abs. This is actually dangerous and can cause groin injury for beginners. This is why LOBOS are only for low effort full range use, never high effort.
However for those of you who just have to apply every ounce of effort you have to give exercise we build a version that drives far heaver resistance loads against glut, ham and quad contractions then against the abdominals. With proper paddle size front to back adjustment (which is different for everyone) RAMBOS can be used to fail both abs and gluts at the same time.
RAMBOS will only become available through personal trainers, as almost no one but completing athletes actually need them. Currently that is only around Columbus Ohio. |
