Stop wasting your resistance forces by beating up your joints with them, Use LOBOS and direct them to where they provide the most benefit. (also notice the huge difference in hip running motion range loading) Note about running Every Person who can run should run as practice to keep the ability strong. However overrunning is a very poor way to get cardio exercise because the constantly repeated compressing impacts truly abuse their joints and spinal disks.
