Damage

Not covered by warranty:

Wrap colors fading from over chlorinated water.  Wraps should last one average person using them 3 times a week for about one year. However if shared by 12 people, only one month so Wrap Failure is only covered for 30 days.  Failure means that the wraps have come apart or have lost their ability to hold tightly, not cosmetics.

Anything not mentioned here.  Scratches and abrasions on the HDPE Polyethylene are normal and not covered unless they hinder performance.
