Vertical LOBOS™ in
Life Jacket
Swinging Horizontal
Effort
forward and reverse
directions

Fully
Opposing Swinging
Motion Resistance
Forces travel against Body Oars™
-
Almost no joint and spinal compression because forces are against the
LOBOS instead of driven up and down leg bones
-
Hips are fully levered, knees are
braced and protected
-
Body Weight is not compressing
joints and spine.
-
Greatest mechanical stress happens
at the hips, however without forces weight and gravity compressing
hip stress is very light.
-
Without compression no skeletal wear
-
Massive core muscle strengthener
-
Weight looser for the overweight
-
Painless during use
-
Extreme core muscle exertion
-
Can fully load opposing core
mobility muscles
-
Great Cardio strengthener
-
Should never wear out skeleton (joints bones vertebrae)
-
Session time 15-20 minutes
Body Oars give the big body muscles
something else to exert up to every ounce they have for exercise, into something
other then their arms and legs.
This means that now a 95 year old who
needs a walker to get around can painlessly and powerfully body
build (if they want too).

Bicycling
Swinging Horizontal
Effort
Reverse direction usually
unopposed

Mostly
Vertical Motion Resistance, however because body core is applying
far greater
vertical effort then with any upright cardio, as torso is more
horizontal.
Forces travel up and down bones
-
Core exertion massively increases over all cardio exercises
that load body weight on knees. The knees can accept so much
effort and weight, take off the weight and body core muscles can
be pushed that much harder. Bikes do this.
-
That difference can be massive, average looks to be about 3 times
more core muscle exertion (potential) then any body cardio
exercise where body weight is simultaneously compressing knees.
-
Full Compression of knee as
exertion and resistance forces collide there.
-
Knees and hips are primary levers,
so weaker knees will never allow stronger hips to be fully applied, or
opposed through full range. The skeleton can only work as hard as
its weakest fully loaded link.
-
Greatest Mechanical stress happens
at the knees. That means that of all areas beside possibly heart the knees
work hardest. (closest to a breaking point)
-
Far
Less joint and disk compression and wear then running, the more
road shock the bike can absorb the better
-
Easily 3 times more core strength
building then running.
-
Very Good for Weight loose
-
Far more people can ride then run
-
Resists opposing motions with air
unless foot holders are used to also pull peddles up.
-
Looks to be the best "Dry" Cardio strengthener
-
Session time 30-190 minutes
-
Will eventually wear down knees but without impact and body weight
compression is far less so it would naturally offer a far longer
cardio exercise lifespan then running.
-
Bikes give Body Oars a run for exercise efficiency if they
are also used for daily
transportation.
